Stock is being manipulated down so that those buying the stock will be entitled to more shares in the rights issue. Have seen this happen before. Stock will probably rally again. Have seen it happen alot with these type of stocks. I'd say DYOR because past movements of similar stocks may not indicate the same trend here.
