Dish out more scrip at a 30% discount. How about informing us how you plan to turn around your negative cashflow from operations? How are you going to turn around these inefficienies? I see this placement as a cop out - these guys need to pull there fingers out operationally instead of relying on handing out cheap stock to cosy mates.
