At least PTr did this one on a relative share high.the last one was done at 10c when the SP was 13c- an absolute bottom. I exited before it got ripped apart. At least the technology works now- it never did before. Still, it's quite a deep discount. I am not sure Patersons in underwritin this CR, either. I think they organised the placement, but as for underwriting, dunno.
