I can't see a big uptake of the SPP unless they get a decent presentation / update out into the market with some indication as to what the new Chairman has in mind, but I doubt that will occur and only those with some of the background might have an idea of what the funds are likely to be used for.
They will effectively raise $5m without a successful SPP, but would be good if shareholders had the same insight into plans.
