I SPECULATE that after they offload the SP will go stagnate then retrace (without material developments). When they will start to offload I dont know but I think it will be for sure between 0.06 & 0.09, VMS shouldnt have too much trouble pushing the price past 0.06 with a few announcements & Insto's wiping some lines to stir up bullish sentiment. If they buy in at 0.036, absorb selling volume around that price after CR completed then start distribution at 0.06 as the price is moving up that will be a very nice percentage profit.

These are the companies that give money to VMS to 'keep the lights on' so they need to be kept happy for the next raise that will be needed in the future as there is no money coming in from anywhere else to keep the comany operational. Nothing different than the relationship these Instituitions have with all companies that are pre-revenue or are planning on needing CR's to inject cash into the buisness to allow them to grow. Once a company is a going concern then the Insto's lose their power but at this end of the market they are critical.

My above Speculation will change if VMS give us some material development of real progress. VMS have the resources to become a very profitable company & return multiple x return on investment for us SH I just need to see the plan.

The instos are buying in because of Thor project as it is likely it is an extention of the julimar project and a julimar lookalike with same mineral content , give it 3 months and we will be back at 10 cents imo
