"The sad reality mate is that the problem lays with management and their motivation to make it succeed"....Sadly this is where it ends, "their motivation to succeed", Nothing in it for shareholders.....For me once bitten, twice shy.....I have given them the benefit of the doubt once too many times to come up with the goods they haven't... They will continue to fail to deliver on their words and to shareholders.....The BOD's words, do not match their actions. Just my strong opinion.
