Agree, I wouldn't be at all surprise if they are scooping all these selling and using shorters to hit stop loss from RI which is why they agree on CR at 8.4c despite also the SPP structured in favour of RI knowing they will sell well below the 8.4c. Possibly PH using the VLA play again but what do you consider as a "cheap" T/O for a company which has $215M in cash if all the $30M SPP are taken up?
