Your prediction of a possible buy out to go private is very dark, and would require a number of critical items to line up. Including board agreement or 75% of the shares.
Is there anything that you've seen that makes this a plausible scenario to consider? It fits with inaction regarding the sp, dilutive raises, and secret investors, so anything besides those?
