You are in error even (as per your last post) calculating based on the max SPP of 8.4 Current SP is 6.6. Difference is 1.8 cents. That does not = 50 % (your earlier post). 50% would be 4.2 cent SP - which it certainly is not at the time of your calculations.
Zior pointed out at least 2 important considerations. Firstly, there is no brokerage if you take up the SPP. There is brokerage if you buy on market.
Secondly, you can sell the options when the price suits. The value of the options “10 minutes after they hit the share registry” is irrelevant.
Assuming you sell the options above 1.8 cents (and brokerage on sale), you make a profit. If the SPP price is less than 8.4 cents (refer to Zior’s post), then your options don’t even need to reach 1.8 cents.
If you seriously think that the options won’t reach that amount, then the SPP is not for you, and I would question why you bought more shares at all.
