You are exactly right.
It creates huge downward pressure on the SP.
They clearly have no idea when it comes to capital initiatives.
A biotech that has no idea about capital... scary thought.
This reeks of desperation. I have usually defended management, and wished they just focus on the science.
It's now clearer to me... the hands out for more.. will be a common theme.
This is only going one way.
