I dont like dilution, but i am happy instos are willing to buy $8 mil and also the improved BS the company will have.
With only $3 mil available to shareholders, I am in no hurry to sell me current shares to top up (as we most likely wont get all that many of them through the placement).
Interesting to see what happens
