I agree with Dist and find this CR just a sideshow. No doubt a little dosh in bank will give AVX more options, but it won't last long if they go it alone. So I hope they have their finger on the pulse and know what's going on.
Management have been very coy, revealing little and playing low key for a long while. It is almost arrogant and this SPP is just another sign. I would guessitmate that most LT holders would still be underwater and a lot worse, if it wasn't for 7 cent issue to average down. So i was surprised, when AVX give tickets out to the party to big wallets, but let the plebs, fight out over the crumbs. Real poor form in my books, which won't be forgotten easily, unless they can deliver their master stroke in the next few months. However, I am now getting used to let downs with this mob.
