The wording in the offer announcement is interesting because it seems to leave the company with some discretion around oversubscriptions:

In the event oversubscriptions are received, the Company reserves the right to scale back the issue.

Does reserves the right mean they might choose to accept oversubs? I guess theyd need an EGM to OK this with holders, but who would vote against it if it meant SRI could retain 100% of Thaduna, say, AND fund multiple drilling campaigns across their projects (Thaduna, Tennant Ck & Woodline).
