The Tanzanian operation was also just chugging along and needed to funded to take it to the next level.
He stumped up his $5 mil to enable this project to move on and has other irons in the fire for further opportunities.
So here's the question, would you rather be in a company chugging along with an underfunded program with the sp in the low 20's or hang off the coat tails of a guy who will take the company a long way with the sp 45+.
Even though I only get another $5k of stock in the offer, I for one will opt for the coat tails.
