The last placement to GR on 3 November was at .22. He bought at a >50% discount to the current price.
I'm wondering how long he believes it'll take him to make a similar return on this new placement.
GR and instos think 45c is a good price to get in...i think a positive indicator for ATQ and a more stable share registry.
