    what is your take on the lower occurrence of adverse events during clinical trials of second generation antisense drugs versus rnai. the single strand rna appears to possess the ability to use at higher doses than normal rnai drugs without as many harmful side effects. I guess well find out after the 1103 dose escillation study. but this appears to be the case.
