    Todd Corp to make significant investment via placement of approximately $4.5m
    SPP of up to 133.3 million shares to be conducted on same terms to raise up to $2.0m (up to $15k each @ 1.5c)

    Funds will be used to complete BFS and "make a Final investment decision".
