For the first time in 3-4years the stock starts showing signs of life and then management go and do this
a bargain basement raising that will only get them a few sheckles and they werent even desperate for funds
this explains why this stock has been such an under performer
why issue at 0.2c why not a few billion at 0.1c while your at it
hopeless
