I agree with you. It has been hard to swallow the CR. My experience is in an operational role and I can say most of everything government buys, in particular specialist tools and equipment goes through a trial phase by operational staff first and based on the outcome of those trials the bureaucracy starts and that’s where the long wait commences, I am not certain if these deals will eventuate or not, it is impossible to make an informed assessment unless you work for the buyers, however since DRO has been considered that means there is a reasonable chance, other posters making claims they won’t or whinging about the time is taking is all speculation and lack of understanding how government specially defence works. I am holding for now.
