Hey guys, just quick update. I just got a call from the guy from DRO regarding to the SPP. He sounded very upset that I passed on with the SPP and asked me why don’t I want to take part in.
As I told him that i don’t have faith in this company because it hasn’t made any significant sales for the past years. He goes like there are contracts which has been signed but the Board hasn’t received the payment and he’s very certain of it. He goes, “ the board will announce it shortly and they need the cap raise to pursuit the future sales and blah blah.”
I just politely told him, can you please pass the message
to the CEO and tell him to learn how to make some sales first before being dishonest to us shareholders.
It makes me think that this cap raise might be undersubscribed and all of the rubbish reasons that the BOA lists might not even true.
What do you guys think?
