Just give it time. Its raised at 12.5 so it'll definately reach there. If you're lucky and want to top up it'll most likely be able to reach 12 or 11.5. Just need to have patience.
Theres no need to be surprised with small caps. There is no reputation or whatever else. At this end of the market, it is pure money and money talks. Everything else can pi## off.
