There must be a good reason why they did the CR unexpectedly. I'm sure that in the next few weeks the reason will be revealed. afaik ... from media...they are bidding for some new contracts atm and they might have foreseen a spike in winning contracts that would require more capital to support growth. That's might be the positive version ... The negative might be that a leg down in the market is expected toward EOCY and they did now what they couldn't do in a few months. Anyway this is not a company that will dissapear anytime soon IMO ...
