Two reasons why LTR are mentioned. When we bought their land from them we gave them a bunch of CXO shares. Pretty sure they sold those already.
Another part of the deal was that if CXO find more than 5Mt on LTRs old land then we need to give them a further 1.5 million in cash or shares equivalent. Seems that will be in cash and that also tells us what they have found in that upcoming upgrade.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't fact checked this it's just from memory.
