I can't fathom why some are selling for such low prices to risk missing out on the SPP (assuming) it all gets snatched up very quickly. If I had cash Id be happy to settle for low 5's rather than wait and risk missing out on the SPP. Once that is filled and we see 2 announcements before end of Quarter, this will start running very quickly again. A few people just hopped off the train to early and are gonna miss the stop to get back on. imo
