Cant find much on it but this was in the latest quarterly. It does look like they got it for "free" in return for lowered royalties if we sell uranium for less than $42.50... which seems laughable when we just secured offtake at a minimum of $44...
Having said that if it means the government is 100% onside with granting of permits then maybe it takes some risk out, so it's not all bad. Would like to see some more detail explanations of the "deal" - anyone here able to provide some links or point to the announcements that have it?
