re: Ann: Placement and SPP for Flinders Hamer... Very happy to see this $5mil raised from sophisticated and professional investors, I was not expecting that, thought it would be an existing shareholders/retail raising only.
The fall in price is to be expected IMO, this almost always happens with placements. If it almost always happens, then traders will just assume it will happen and it self fulfills. The 1c drop is noise to long term holders.
It's also a great thing to concentrate on if you want to scare people into selling out.
