How disappointing for holders.. the Board of LRT has raised funds at a 20%+ discount to NAV.
A very dilutionary raise for existing holders of LRT and a gift to those to participate in the raise.
It's time for holders to tell the Board of LRT to act in their best interests and take action to close the discount to NAV - via starting buybacks or conversion to an open-ended fund.
