Agree.
I was just getting over the large discount to NTA that the divdend re-investment scheme implemented when they do this. Even more dilution of existing shareholders.
It shows how magement is more interested in their own income than dilution of shareholder equity. There own income is based on total equity in the fund and NOT on the welfare of unit holders.
I can live with the market discount to NTA but to deliberatly increase the discount with these dilutive actions by management is very annoying.
