    Given you can sell for 2 c and then buy back at 2c in the spp i wonder why they still sit at 2c bid, as there is the (free) 1/2 option per share and the tax credit( which i still dont really understand).

    I guess if the spp is oversubscribed then scale back might mean one ends up not replacing the shares tipped out at 2c.
