    Back then I'm sure Ian would have been confident that cashflow positive was a pretty sure thing. Since then they've been investing heavily in the Defence sector, which has required investment in new staff and is notorious for long marketing cycles (same is true in Australia).

    Hopefully the eventual payoff will make any short term pain worthwhile.
