As a very new shareholder, knowing a CR was likely coming, I’m impressed with this. On top of the small discount and including retail holders, the total amount makes it seem like they are just raising what they need and nothing more. It gives me some confidence that they have a clear path to positive OCF and that they believe they’ll deliver and sustain it.
