Don't sweat it Collsey. Yes you will receive an offer document from Company detailing offer. I for one am not that impressed with the 12c as I have had GCY issue a CR today with shares at 21c to sophs & institutions BUT 20c to existing shareholders. It is only 5% margin however I do like to feel rewarded for getting on board early in the life of this company and the GCY board and management have a track record of looking out for their SH's. Previously incarnate as Giralia Resources. Still happy to be CRC holder and I believe they will prove profitable over a 12-18 month time frame.
