A partner who would inject large capital in the play is the only way to quickly develop the TMS into large production to the likes of the Permian basin.
Important to note that a partner would likely need to develop port facilities for export.
The likelihood of this happening really depends on the situation of the company in question. From all the information it is definitely possible.
