I think the management do have the expertise to at least contract and implement an effective drilling campaign. I think however they believed it was going to be as easy as Aurora's drilling experiences and they became a little complacent. IOM they may have taken their hands off the steering wheel and put a lot of trust in third parties to implement their request from afar (Australia). The management don't seem to be as intense about this company having killed the pig previously with Aurora and through astute asset introduction into IPO along with nice salaries, incentives, bonus's and a very large lick of free options. I think they are set at lower levels than most. Not to say they don't want the project to work its just IMO that they have made it and no longer have their balls in the vice.

ATS land from a geo perspective is a very different animal to the Sugar Loaf resource albeit being part of the same mass. You also need a lot of luck with timing oil prices and drilling wells can be unpredictable. With Aurora all the stars lined up, this added with strong young hungry enthusiastic management living closer to the project (London/USA) and astute capital raising (managements strength) resulted ultimately in strong production. Bingo!

Once again these general comments are just my opinions and not meant to be a personal. I maybe completely wrong. I so much want this company to succeed. I have a feeling that a buyout at a price marginally above where they're currently at could eventuate.
