As per my observation, someone wants to buy in lower than the SPP. The constant buying up at 5c and selling into it with decent size parcels was just to try trigger sell off into 4.9 4.8 so they can buy more. Cappers at 5c probably are them as well. Just exchanging shares between hands at 5c. I think ATS will run once they accumulate enough. Just my wild thought.
