I wonder if they were waiting for the US listing first to get this raise through, that might explain the timing. It's probably investor driven, given the price lows for the raise.

If it's a US investor who is close to a very large potential customer is getting in on this raise then that is a very interesting situation. The company already flagged strong demand from US investors to get in the company. Now I know you don't need to list on the US exchange in order for a US investor to take stock, but it may be a requirement in their own funds management business that it be listed over there one way or another to be investable.

I bought back in today given my view above. Clearly we are now officially going international.
