I am a big believer in the product and the approach - almost all competitors use a 80s - 90s approach to data loss which fails in these modern days. However, this placement and spp is selling this company and unique offering very very short. $6m these days is barely considered seed money for most cyber startups in israel and us. This raise should have been done in the US for $200m++ to provide the cash needed to expand globally. And it definitely needed to be above current share price. Very disappointing - Daniel and board need to think much much bigger.
