Rule of thumb in management especially Top management is when you have good product and great partnerships never raise capital at lowest or near lowest share price for the year unless you want to reward some friends or desperately attracting investors. However, If they attract big contracts it should be ignored. I see SP falls to 20 cents for short term. Remember Global Stock Markets are on record Highs and if some macro level event happens than embrace for disaster.
