    Agreed, they need to win contracts and large ones, at present no news = no large contracts. Investors are not silly and see this and as a result they are bailing in the interim, thus is the result of the SP recently.

    Positives are increasing ARR each year, if they end up hitting expected $7m ARR by end of FY22 + a few contract wins they should have essentially been able to cover the staff wages, continually growing ARR into FY23 they might be cash flow positive however if they pursue more M&As I just don't see the company having enough cash in FY23 and fear another cap raise, as has been seen with increased M&As appears to be more additional staff costs which as evident gobbled up cash last QTR.

    One very important point to note this company protects data for national security, I would think if this company disappeared it would be a....national security concern.
