    share price will usually drop before a SPP ghat is lower than the current SP. some investors will sell to pick up again for a 5% gain.
    once allocation has been completed the SP should rise pretty quick again.
    I don’t think any large investors are too worried about selling for a 5% gain prior to allocation.
    I would expect this to be oversubscribed if that’s what JY wants to do.
