Thats how you fund it, sell a certain amount at 12.5 and buy under your SPP allocation at 11.5 making 10% plus freeing up cash to take up. No brainer unless you get caught with a smaller allocation and the shares run for some reason. Dont expect that to happen in this case but do expect shares to rise after the Capital raise is all over and also dont expect that you will be allocated $30,000 worth knowing these guys!
