Also does elidable shareholders means all retail shareholders that held shares on the 19th?

I always hate that companies never disclose how they will complete their scale back on oversubscription. Will they give all participants a capped amount or will they give a percentage of your application?

I am a small young retail investor with shallow pockets, so these issues always frustrate me.

Directors all taking up 100% of their allotment is a positive.
