re: Ann: Placement Announcement and Section 7... the funds are already raised. I'm impressed that investors stumped up $1.2m at current market price, with no exit strategy (buy depth to sell into).
The presentation must've been pretty compelling and the investors must be confident of getting their money back.
The 10c options are interesting too - thats a very short expiry on them.
