    I hear you Paul!
    Retiring the Board is the only way ahead in my opinion. $120k left in the bank, no ideas on how to turn it around. All they do lately is shell out bucket loads of stock to "sophisticated investors" (with fees and free options attached!) to get $200k in the door each quarter to pay their salaries.
    Disgraceful.
