How so? Why not wait for another quarter of sales uplift (as evidenced this quarter) and raise at a better share price (as again demonstrated by the recent price recovery).
I bet you at these prices it'll be easily oversubscribed. Institutional investors simply can't get liquidity to enter and now management have given them that opportunity.
