What is BUY's current cash position?What is their expected Capex in the near term?What is the purpose of this placement?Autosime has made a guess but the company have not stated the purpose for it.
Unless they can give a good reason for it.It is basically a sign of contempt for current retail holders because it dilutes current holders.
Also puts caution in the minds of any potential retail buyers that they may be walking into an insto P&D
