I spoke with the company yesterday and although very careful about what was said, these are my assumptions and thoughts based on the conversation.

-I think that a group of investors left because of Mat Morgan leaving, they like him or his style and when he bailed they bailed.
- There was no mention about why he left, I got the impression it was a "Hey guys I'm out" rather then something they had discussed.
- There are challenges but they currently have funds, they expect short term some revenue from meeting milestones and royalties although not massive dollars. There are funding options and they are looking at those, the MD is keen to move beyond 6 monthly cap raisings, aren't we all!
-The company is in better position business wise then it has ever been, a good deal pipeline, the Genea deal and the two silent development partners are prime examples
- There should be some material updates in the not to distant future.
- Short term challenges but growth opportunities are clear.

The next announcements will be read with great interest, directors have made some purchases of recent and who knows, if the deals can be moved forward, some half decent bucks shown or genuine potential then with the current MC we could see some movement. Raise at a better level and then power into development ! Ha, sounds so easy.
