I am happy with this.
Its so rare recently to see a CR at the actual SP.
MOU didn't make a highly dilutive CR at a very low SP, it shows imo the confidence of those investors.
That said its nearly 6% of the shares, so I would like to know how those investors are; in spite of a small fear on who those investors are, I thinking this is a good news.
