Simon Rushton, Tolga Kumova and Evan
Cranston (Goldsworthy Royalty Deed)
with respect to a 1% net smelter return
royalty payable by the Company from
products derived from E45/6365
(Goldsworthy Royalty)
Is this the reason why these Directors have joined the board
