Goldsworthy looks like a binary play, so what is the back-up plan? It is quite an easy stock to add value to given the names involved.

not sure the co has enough cash right now to move forward in a meaningful way.

Looks like stock is being mopped up, but that is just a guess because I have no idea what the register looks like

rather hoping it is being prepared for a bigger raise at a higher price, with key actors getting loaded up with more stock and opies (which would be a good thing). But I’m just shooting in the dark on this

Lastly the optics around this stock are dreadful. Website not even updated for co name change from over a year ago. Looks like zero IR/PR despite $1m annual g&a

any enlightenment would be welcome Kev….

multiple holder notices out today - Tolga holds 209 mill. shares, plus another 119 mill. in company holdings via s.p..
Rob Jewson also getting in on the s.p. with 103 mill. shares & 113 mill. via companies.
Would expect other director notices over the coming week
